Flagship 1 aims to gain an understanding of end-user needs for an early-warning sensing system, and the potential impact of such a system on existing clinical and surveillance practices.
This flagship will engage with end users (the public, health professionals, policy makers and industry) to define the following:
- Diagnostic needs and priorities - where will new sensing systems bring maximum benefit?
- Target Product Profiles (TPPs) for an early warning system
- The health economic benefit of an early warning system
